This September I have decided to take a break from all of my social media accounts including Twitter and Instagram. I will be removing the apps from my phone for the full month and I am really looking forward to the break. This is a campaign from RSPH called Scroll Free September.

I have had a break from social media in the past and it has been very successful. I am looking forward to the release of iOS 12 this autumn with the introduction of application time restrictions. This is something Apple is introducing to be able to help manage the time you spend on your phone and specific apps.

This month I will be taking more time to focus on myself and making sure I relax when I am not in work. I am hoping to see an improvement in my sleep (as I have dipped just below six hours an evening at the moment). I am also going to look at repositioning my phone and watch chargers in my room to make them less of a distraction than on my bedside table.

I will let you know how everything goes and I will still be posting weekly blog entries and sending email newsletters.
Are you thinking of taking part in Scroll Free September? Which apps do you use most? Thanks for reading and have a great day!
